Terms and Conditions – Home Entertainment Package

1. Employees of Independent Newspapers, the sponsors and their agents, or any company associated with the competition

and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.

2. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash

3. Please note that by entering the competition your details may be used by the organisers for marketing purposes.

4. The winner agrees to be photographed

5. The Exhibition Director’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Winner will be notified by the AVA Expo telephonically.

7. Winner must be in possession of a valid TV license.

8. Only original entry forms will be accepted.

9. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged.

10.Finalists must be present at the draw by 15h30 for the draw at 16h00 on Sunday 1 November in order to be eligible for the prize.

11.10 finalists will be drawn each day and notified telephonically in advance. Competition closes at 15h30 on Sunday 1 November 2009

12.The entrant accepts that entry in to this competition does not constitute a binding contract or any form of legal commitment between the entrant, the participating newspapers and the AVA Expo.

13.The AVA Expo, the exhibitors, sponsors, agents, associates and participating newspapers shall not assume liability for any ambiguity, error, oversight or omission whether negligent or otherwise which may be committed by any employee of the participants and publishers in respect to this competition.

14.Delivery of prizes will take place, dependent on stock availability from Samsung SA. Whenever possible delivery of prizes will be between 4 – 6 weeks after the winner has been announced.

15.AVA Expo will ensure that prize recipients receive and have their prize installed at no additional cost to the winner. However, as this is a Gauteng based expo, AVA Expo reserves the right to charge for out of area installation and delivery.
